Our Board Bank service connects business people with arts organisations, allowing them to bring their distinctive qualities to the cultural sector.
They come to us with business acumen, vision and energy. In addition, they bring to the table a range of diverse skills in areas such as marketing, finance, project management, legal and more.
But moreover they have a strong passion for the arts!
We train them in good governance and help them understand their new roles and responsibilities. Then we match them with boards of suitable arts and cultural organisations to achieve a mutually valuable, lasting board level relationship.
While we cannot guarantee to find you a board member, since 1988 we have placed more than 5,000 business people as non-executive board members and advisors with not-for-profit arts organisations.
We are most successful in matching individuals with charities that have:
· An existing board
· A turnover of more than £100k and
· Three or more staff
