The Arts & Business group consists of two companies: Arts & Business Limited (a registered charity - 274040 - and a company limited by guarantee not having a share capital - England & Wales 1317772), and one wholly-owned subsidiary company (Arts & Business Services Limited - England & Wales 4027285). The registered office of both the above companies is Nutmeg House, 60 Gainsford Street, London SE1 2NY.
At 31st March 2009, the directors of Arts & Business Limited were: Steve Williams (Interim chairman), Mark Austen, Wendy Austin, Janice Blackburn, Anne Gunther, George Osborne and Stevie Spring.
